1.Poster Exhibit
- • Each poster board will bear the abstract presentation number where authors should set up their posters.
- • Authors should place their posters on the corresponding board and Materials for mounting the posters (pin and tape) should be prepared by the authors. (Please be advised that the materials are not be provided by the Secretariat.)
- • All poster presentations must be left on display during the congress.
2. Dimensions and Format

- • Poster must be oriented vertically, and fit within a display area of
90cm X 120 cm. - • Font size is recommended for 18 to 20 so that it can be easily read from 2 meters.
- • Please be sure to include the abstract title, author names, department, affiliation, city and country in large letters centered at the top of the poster.
- • Poster should be self-explanatory.

• Poster Sessions will be divided each group as shown above. Poster presenters are required to present at the poster board at the
allotted time to give a 5 minutes brief explanation. - • Please make sure that the presentation should be delivered in 5 minutes. (including Q&A)
- • All presentations and Q&A should be given in ENGLISH.
- • Poster presenters are requested to stand in front of their poster board at least 10 minutes before presenting.
