• 1. Online registration is highly recommended. If online registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at consreg2019@gmail.com
• 2. After you complete your online registration, you can only modify your personal information until August 31, 2019.
• 3. A receipt for your registration can be issued at My Page after you receive the Confirmation of Registration.
• 4. Online registration will be available until August 31, 2019, after this due date you will be required to register on-site.

Confirmation of Sign Up will be sent to you via e-mail after your sign up

Registration Acknowledgement

Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your on-line registration.

Confirmation of Registration

• - Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail upon making the appropriate payment.
• - Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

Group Registration(More than 20 people)

• - If you want to register the group, please download the Group Registration Form below.
• - Please submit the form to ConsAsia2019 Secretariat (consreg2019@gmail.com).
• - Group registration fee should be paid by wire transfer.
• - Groups of 50 or more receive a 10% discount (Except for Student and Resident).

Payment Method

Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options.

Credit Card

Participants can pay the registration fees by a credit card.

• · Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
• · All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
• · The merchant name on your credit card statement will be Eximbay.

Wire Transfer

• · Wire Transfer is highly recommended.
• · All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• · The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

• · Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat by e-mail (consreg2019@gmail.com).
• · All refunds will be made after the meeting and the bank service charges will be deducted from the refund.

Payment Status (Check at 'My Page')

• - After you complete your on-line registration, please visit 'My Page'.
• - You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My Page'.
• - Payment Status will be changed from 'Payment is needed' to 'Payment is confirmed' within three weeks upon clearance of your payment.

Receipts

• - Receipts can be issued at ‘My Page’ after you receive the registration confirmation letter.
